Customization Options
Available in blue or transparent, in thicknesses from 0.03 to 0.2 mm, and in 0.9 m, 1 m, or 1.2 m widths. Roll length is confirmed per order.

Which sandblast stencil thickness should I choose?
0.5 mm PVC for light etching and shallow lettering; 0.9–1.0 mm rubber for standard stone and glass carving; 1.1 mm three-layer rubber with Mylar backing for deep carving and tombstone work with high blast pressure.
Does the stencil come with a Mylar / PET backing?
Yes. Double-line and three-layer rubber stencils are supplied with clear Mylar (PET) backing for easy plotter cutting and transfer; single-line PVC grades are available without backing.
What widths and roll lengths are available?
Standard widths are 0.305 m and 0.61 m on paper-core rolls; custom widths and lengths can be slit to order.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
From 1 roll for stock items and trial orders. Customised production — custom width, colour, thickness or private label — starts at 100 rolls (or 3,000 m) per specification.
Can I get samples before placing an order?
Yes. Free A4 swatches and colour cards are available for all six product lines with courier charges collect. Full sample rolls are charged at cost and credited against your first order; sample lead time is 3 working days.
How long does production take?
7–10 days for stock items and 15–25 days for customised production, counted from receipt of deposit and confirmation of the sample.
