Quality Control from Raw Material to Shipment
Managed under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems, with control points at incoming material, in-process, finished goods and pre-shipment stages. Products are supported by CE and SGS test reports, and third-party inspection is accepted at the buyer's request.

Four Inspection Stages, One Retained Standard
Every SKU has a retained reference sample. Colour difference (ΔE), thickness, coating weight and adhesion are measured against it at each stage, so repeat orders match the first shipment.
- Incoming material
PVC / PU / TPU resin, adhesive and release liner checked on arrival against the supplier specification.
- In-process
Coating weight, film thickness, colour difference (ΔE) and embossing depth monitored per batch.
- Finished goods
Peel adhesion, tensile and elongation, water resistance, anti-ageing / UV, and wash-fastness after repeated cycles for HTV.
- Pre-shipment
Roll length, width tolerance, edge quality and appearance inspected before packing; SGS / BV / TÜV inspection on request.

Which certifications do you hold?
Quality is managed under ISO 9001 and environmental management under ISO 14001. Products are supported by CE and SGS test reports, and certificate copies are available with your quotation.
Can I request a test report for a specific batch?
Yes. Finished-goods test data (adhesion, thickness, colour difference and product-specific tests) can be provided per batch, and third-party SGS / BV / TÜV inspection can be arranged before shipment.
What warranty do you offer?
Warranty periods vary by product line, from 2–3 years on decorative films to more than 5 years on TPU protection and premium signage grades, for correctly installed film in the stated application.
How do you control colour consistency between orders?
Colour difference (ΔE) is measured against a retained standard for each SKU during coating and printing, so repeat orders match previous shipments.
