Model No. SANDBLAST03Category: PVC & Rubber Sandblast Stencil Film
A durable natural rubber sandblast stencil film for masking during stone and glass carving. Applied to granite, marble, or glass and cut to the design, it resists sandblast abrasion to protect the non-carved areas — producing sharp, clean lettering and artwork for tombstones, monuments, and etched glass. Supplied at 0.9–1 mm in green (with other colors available).

The soft, flexible 0.9–1 mm rubber applies smoothly and bubble-free to polished or rough stone, stays secure during sandblasting, and handles abrasive blasting to protect non-cut areas. Its thick protective layer produces sharp engraving edges, then peels off cleanly for a professional, residue-free finish.
Available in green with yellow, blue, brown, or grey options, in 0.9 mm and 1 mm thicknesses. Roll size is confirmed per order.
Granite and marble tombstones, monuments, and memorials; sharp lettering and decorative details; and glass etching for signs and architectural pieces.
A blast-resistant natural-rubber or PVC layer with pressure-sensitive adhesive and a clear Mylar (PET) backing for plotter cutting and transfer.

Supplied in roll form for stone and glass carving workflows. Color, thickness, and quantity are confirmed per order.
