Heat Transfer Vinyl Manufacturer for Garment Decoration

Heat transfer vinyl (HTV) from Shanghai Mars covers PU and PVC films for T-shirt printing, workwear, promotional garments and professional sportswear, including high-elastic, high wash-fastness grades for football and team jersey names and numbers. Films cut and weed easily on standard plotters and press with conventional heat presses.

Rolls are 0.5 m and 0.61 m wide in matte, glossy and shimmer finishes across a full colour range; custom colours, widths and private-label packaging are available for distributors and print-on-demand operators.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the recommended heat-press settings?

Typically 150–160 °C for 10–15 seconds at medium pressure for PU HTV, with a warm or cold peel depending on the grade. Exact settings are printed on the roll label and confirmed with your sample.

How many washes does the HTV withstand?

Our PU sportswear grades are tested for wash-fastness after repeated cycles with no cracking or peeling; the exact wash count depends on fabric, press settings and laundering conditions and is stated on the product test report.

Is the HTV suitable for polyester football jerseys?

Yes. High-elastic PU grades are designed for stretch polyester and blends used in football and team sportswear, including name and number printing.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

From 1 roll for stock items and trial orders. Customised production — custom width, colour, thickness or private label — starts at 100 rolls (or 3,000 m) per specification.

Can I get samples before placing an order?

Yes. Free A4 swatches and colour cards are available for all six product lines with courier charges collect. Full sample rolls are charged at cost and credited against your first order; sample lead time is 3 working days.

How long does production take?

7–10 days for stock items and 15–25 days for customised production, counted from receipt of deposit and confirmation of the sample.
