We supply free A4 swatches and colour cards for all six product lines; courier charges are collect, or billed to your DHL / FedEx / UPS account. Full sample rolls are charged at cost and credited against your first order. Sample lead time: 3 working days from confirmation of the specification.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
From 1 roll for stock items and trial orders. Customised production — custom width, colour, thickness or private label — starts at 100 rolls (or 3,000 m) per specification.
Can I get samples before placing an order?
Yes. Free A4 swatches and colour cards are available for all six product lines with courier charges collect. Full sample rolls are charged at cost and credited against your first order; sample lead time is 3 working days.
How long does production take?
7–10 days for stock items and 15–25 days for customised production, counted from receipt of deposit and confirmation of the sample.
Which payment and shipping terms do you accept?
T/T, L/C at sight, Western Union and Trade Assurance. We quote FOB Shanghai / Ningbo, CIF, CFR, EXW and DDP and ship LCL, FCL, by air, or by express courier for samples.
Do you offer OEM / ODM and private label?
Yes. We accept custom sizes, thickness, adhesive, colours, patterns and finishes, and print your logo on the core, label, shrink film and carton. Tooling costs are quoted case by case and usually waived above an agreed volume.
Do you accept third-party inspection?
Yes. SGS, BV and TÜV inspections are welcome at the buyer’s request, and we can arrange pre-shipment inspection on your behalf.
Can we visit the factory?
Yes. Factory visits are welcome and can be arranged by appointment through your account manager. We also exhibit regularly at the Canton Fair and other international trade fairs.
